WBA September CLE - Managing Nonprofit Board Conflicts: Identifying Causes and Resolving Disputes.

It is common for nonprofit board members to lack previous experience serving on a nonprofit board and therefore may not have full understanding of their legal responsibilities.  Shahara Wright of the Wright Firm, will be presenting an insightful session that addresses board responsibilities and fiduciary duty.  Shahar will also discuss common disputes between board members, founder's syndrome, and strategies for managing situations wherein several team members resign.
