We are pleased to welcome Lucy Petry as she hosts a discussion on the new Corporate Transparency Act. The Corporate Transparency Act will require certain businesses to file a report with the US Treasury Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. The report will disclose the beneficial owners of entities as well as its organizers. It is estimated that approximately 25 million small businesses will be affected by this law.
