We are pleased to welcome Lucy Petry as she hosts a discussion on the new Corporate Transparency Act. Â The Corporate Transparency Act will require certain businesses to file a report with the US Treasury Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. The report will disclose the beneficial owners of entities as well as its organizers. Â It is estimated that approximately 25 million small businesses will be affected by this law.
