Please join us for our first in-person CLE event of 2023! Mark Wham and Rene Rogers will be leading an in-depth discussion on, "Depositions: Witness Preparation and Cross-Examination." Mark and Rene have attended and taken hundreds of depositions during their 35 plus years of practice. Rene will share some of her personal experiences while offering witness preparation tips. Mark will discuss cross-examining witnesses and will present various video clips from fact and expert witness depositions. Boxed lunch will be provided.
